Partnering
– A Comparative Study of Project Partnering Practices in
Hong Kong
The
first research project funded by the CII-HK was entitled "Comparative
study of project partnering practices in the public and private
sectors of Hong Kong". The project was awarded by the
Executive Board to the research team headed by Dr. Albert
Chan of the Department of Building and Real Estate, The Hong
Kong Polytechnic University in February 2003.

It
aims to conduct a comprehensive comparative study of partnering
practices between public and private sectors based on some
cited partnering projects recently completed in Hong Kong.
The project officially commenced in March 2003 and is expected
to complete by December 2003.
