CII-HK Research
In the active pursuit of innovative and collaborative research
for the benefit of the construction industry, CII-HK's Research
Committee successfully launched a "Grant
for Joint Research" Programme in April 2004. Worthwhile
projects selected by the Executive Board will receive a CII-HK
grant of up to 50% of the total project costs, including manpower,
equipment and other direct expenditure relating to the project.
Four
research projects initiated by the CII-HK members are progressing
under different stages.

3. Construction Safety involving
working at Height for Residential Repair and Maintenance
4. Costs and Financial Benefits of
Undertaking Green Building Assessments
Three
research projects initiated by the CII-HK members are progressing
